Conflict and Legacy Interpretive Network – Digital Exhibition

June 21 @ 10:00 am - August 31 @ 5:00 pm

This digital exhibition features a selection of artifacts from within the collections of our Network members, thematically linked to ‘conflict’ and legacy’ and specifically related to the conflict known as the ‘Troubles’ in and about Northern Ireland. Each contributing member have selected up to 3 items to represent their heritage organisation’s individual relationship to the ‘Troubles’ conflict, their methods of memorialisation, and unique narrative within our collective history.

Images of the artifacts will be available to browse upon launch, on June 21st, Healing Through Remembering’s ‘Day of Reflection’, and will be shared on our social media accounts in coming weeks. The Conflict and Legacy interpretive Network have produced a number of audiovisual recordings wherein members contextualising one ‘spotlight’ artifact from their selection, which will likewise be available from our website upon launch, and social media accounts to follow.

This exhibition will continue to expand as additional members contribute artifacts, with potential for investigation of alternative themes in the future.
